SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

We consistently offer a minimum of one complimentary shipping option for all orders within Sweden. For shipments across Europe, we apply a flat fee of €150. All rugs displayed in our store are ready for immediate dispatch. In the event of any unexpected delay, our dedicated customer service team will promptly communicate with you to provide updates and assist with any inquiries.

Return & Exchange Policy

In the event of a return, you must reach out to our customer service department or contact us via roza@rugonrugs.com. It is your responsibility to ensure the item arrives back to us undamaged. Therefore, we recommend that the item is packaged securely, ideally in the original packaging or equivalent.

Please note, a return is not considered approved until we have examined the item. Upon approval of the return, the refund will be processed in the same manner as the original payment was made. If the payment was made with a credit card, the same account number will be credited. Bear in mind that any payments made for optional services and shipping costs will not be refunded in the case of a return (for example, evening delivery with Schenker and FedEx Priority in markets where these options are available). Refunds will be issued as soon as an approved return has been received. For returns not approved, the item will be returned to the customer and a shipping fee charged. Items returned without a valid return number will be sent back to the customer, and the shipping cost will be charged to them.

You are entitled to a 14-day return policy on all our items. This means you can return the item within 14 days from the date of delivery and receive a full refund. The item should be in its original condition, that is, it should not have been used, but it can of course be unpacked and checked carefully. The item must be returned in the original packaging or equivalent, and it is important that it arrives back to us undamaged.
